“Big Reds Radio Network Is Moving Stations!”
The Big Reds Radio Network will be moving to a new station this year. For those of you who were avid listeners of the Big Reds Radio Network on 103.7 the Beat for the last 2 years, can now tune in to the new M106-FM (106.1) sister station of 103.7 the Beat effective immediately.
The BRRN staff is excited about the move including play by play announcer Bob Eacker, “Although we are moving frequencies on the radio dial, it is still the same Community Station family we’ve worked with over the past two years. M106-FM is the perfect home for Big Reds athletics and our listeners can expect even greater access to our live broadcasts through, radio, internet and phone app coverage.” Coach Shane Fairfield feels, “Having our games on the radio each week has provided invaluable exposure for our players. The broadcast team spends a substantial amount of time getting to know the kids so that our fans really get a top-notch broadcast.” Program director of M106-FM Mehean Jones-Quinn says, “It’s a honor to have the Big Reds Radio Network to join our team at M106-FM. We are looking forward to many years of exclusive coverage of high school sports with the Big Red Radio Network.”
You can also listen online at M106fm.com or download the M106-FM app to your mobile device. Pre-game show will start 30 minutes before each game, and each game will be concluded with a 20 minute post game show. Game schedules are to be announced and are subject to change. We look forward to another great season of high school sports with Big Reds Radio Network announcer Bob Eacker and the crew along with the staff of M106-FM.
